Free Cooking with Mushrooms Class with Chef Alan Bergo Monday Mar 27th 7PM EST

Join us for a mouth watering class that will have you extremely excited to forage, grow, and cook mushrooms this year. James Beard winning chef Alan Bergo will walk us through some of the magic he does in the kitchen with mushrooms. Alan will also introduce us to a variety of wild edible mushrooms and how best to use them in the kitchen. 

This class is free, so come join the fun! A zoom link will be sent 15 minutes before the class. Class time is Monday March 27th 7 PM- 8:30 PM.
